Projects undertaken in the development of the biomass concept

The administration of Tazlău commune has expressed a constant interest in the management of wood waste in the locality.

In the spring of 2021, a branch chipper was purchased to ensure the maintenance of public green spaces, including roadside verges, by staff employed in the town hall.
In the coming period, given the potential of this municipality to be self-sufficient with woody biomass, the town hall is considering heating most public buildings with biomass systems with a capacity of about 230 kW.

The administration's attention is focused on attracting funds to support the development of the area, both through the diversification of agricultural and ecotourism economic activities and through the efficient management of public buildings, with the switch to renewable energy from biomass being an important step.
